Paula joined Key Insurance Company limited in January 2022 in the capacity of Claims Manager.

She has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, including five (5) years working as an Insurance Coordinator in the Shipping Industry. She holds a Diploma in General Insurance and a Chartered Insurance Profession (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.

When she is not at work, Paula enjoys baking and spending time with her family. She is also actively involved in her church community.
