Covers All risks of physical loss, damage or destruction to the Contract Works except for those perils which are specifically excluded subject to policy limits.

It is possible to include coverage for construction machinery plant and equipment as well as third party liability in this policy.

This policy suits a wide variety of contracts which include construction from the ground up, extension, refurbishment of Residential Homes, offices, factories, warehouses, earth works, protection structures, sewage plants and bridges and many other structures.

*The Insured is required to declare the full contract value as this policy is subject to the pro-rata condition of average.
