- Fire (smoke from fire)
- Lightning
- Explosion
- Riot/Strike/Civil Commotion or Locked out Workers
- Hurricane
- Tempest
- Storm
- Flood
- Escape of Water from any Tank, Apparatus or Pipe
- Earthquake or Volcanic Eruption
- Impact by Aircraft and other aerial devices and/or articles dropped therefrom
- Impact by any Road Vehicle or Animal
- Malicious Damage
