FIRE & ALLIED PERILS
This policy covers loss or damage to Building, contents, stock, plant & machinery caused by fire (and smoke from fire), lightning, explosion, impact by aircraft and other aerial devices and/or articles dropped therefrom, impact by any road vehicle or animal, riot, strike, civil commotion, locked-out workers, malicious damage, earthquake or volcanic eruption, storm, tempest, hurricane, flood and escape of water from any tank, apparatus or pipe.
*This policy is subject to the pro-rata condition of average.
RESIDENCE INSURANCE
Coverage provided is against the perils of fire, lightning, explosion, burglary, impact of aircraft and other aerial devices and articles dropped therefrom, riot, strike or malicious damage, earthquake and volcanic eruption, hurricane, cyclone, tornado, windstorm and flood howsoever caused, bursting or overflowing of water tanks, apparatus or pipes , Impact damage , Breakage or Collapse of Television and Radio Receiving Aerials, breakage of Fixed Glass and Sanitary Fixtures to name a few.
The policy insures buildings, general contents, all risks items, the home owner/householder’s liability to domestic servants and also has some public/ personal liability subject to the terms, conditions and exceptions of the policy.
This insurance is available to any business that keeps the personal information of Individuals on computer systems or businesses that use Payment Card Machines.
