Adrian has over fifteen (15) years of experience to his role. No stranger to GraceKennedy Financial Group, he started his career in 2007 at First Global Bank where he held roles such as Accounting Officer, Accountant, Assistant Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager. In March 2018, he joined Insurance Company of the West Indies (ICWI) as Financial Accounting Manager where he worked for two years. He began working at Barita Investments Limited in January 2020 in the position of Senior Manager - Financial Reporting until October 2021, when he was promoted to Assistant Vice President - Finance.

Mr. McBean earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies (Accounting) from the University of the West Indies in 2007. He is also a Chartered Financial Accountant and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ).

An avid football lover, Mr. McBean has been the manager and player for his company’s teams and acts as a mentor in the Calabar High Mentorship Programme.
